Meitong Replacement Velcon I Series Aviation Fuel Coalescer Cartridges are high-performance first-stage coalescing filter elements designed for aviation fuel filtration and water separation systems.

The I Series coalescer elements are installed as the first filtration stage in aviation fuel filter/separator vessels. They are designed to remove solid contaminants and separate free and emulsified water from hydrocarbon fuels such as Jet A, Jet A-1, Avgas, diesel fuel and other petroleum-based fluids.

Through advanced multi-layer filtration media, the coalescer captures fine particulate contaminants including rust, dust, scale and pipeline debris while forcing microscopic water droplets to merge into larger droplets. These larger water droplets are then separated by the downstream separator element and collected in the filter vessel sump.

Meitong replacement I Series cartridges are manufactured according to OEM dimensions and performance requirements, providing a reliable alternative solution for Parker Velcon aviation fuel filtration systems.

Working Principle

Fuel enters the coalescer cartridge and passes through the specialized filtration media.

During filtration:

* Solid contaminants are trapped inside the filter media.

* Small emulsified water droplets collide and combine together.

* Larger water droplets are formed through the coalescing process.

* The separated water is removed by the downstream separator cartridge.
