Description

Facet’s SM Series synthetic separator cartridges are designed for efficient separation of liquids and solids from hydrocarbon-based fluids. Featuring a specially treated hydrophobic media, these cartridges offer superior separation of fine water droplets compared to standard Teflon screens. The design includes an ultrasonically seamed double tube of synthetic screen around an epoxy-coated metal shell, with adhesive-bonded metal end caps and gaskets. Utilizing advanced hydrophobic composite materials, they effectively remove emulsified water and particulates, ensuring purified liquids for critical operations and protecting downstream equipment from corrosion and damage.
