Replacement natural gas filter for Jonell JFG-536-CE

The JFG-536-CE Replacement Filter Element is engineered specifically for high-performance gas/liquid and solid separation in natural gas pipelines, compressor stations, and gas processing facilities. Utilizing multi-layer graded-density micro-fiberglass media, it effectively coalesces fine liquid aerosols, oil mists, and water droplets while capturing solid particulate contaminants.

Designed with an Outside-to-Inside flow pattern and supported by a heavy-duty tinned steel core, this element delivers maximum dirt-holding capacity and low initial pressure drop, significantly reducing system downtime and operational maintenance costs.

Working Principle:

Solid Capture: Particulate contaminants are trapped in the outer layers of the graded-density fiberglass media as gas passes from outside to inside.

Liquid Coalescing: Fine sub-micron liquid mists and moisture droplets collide with the glass micro-fibers, merging into larger liquid droplets.

Gravity Drainage: As the gas exits the inner layer, the enlarged liquid droplets flow down the exterior surface and drain by gravity into the vessel’s sump for easy discharge.
