Description

High-Efficiency Oil Mist Eliminator Cartridges for Turbines, Compressors & Rotating Machinery.The Hilliard Corporation Industrial Demister Filter Cartridges are designed to capture entrained oil mist and liquid droplets from gas-vapor and vent air streams.

Meitong Filtration manufactures heavy-duty replacement demister cartridges engineered for HILLIARD HILCO DM Series oil mist elimination systems. Designed for continuous-duty lubrication loops, our coalescing elements capture fine suspended oil aerosols, recover valuable turbine oil, and eliminate visible atmospheric emissions from equipment vents.

 

How Coalescing Filtration Works

1. Our demister cartridges operate on an Inside-to-Outside (I/O) airflow pattern to achieve continuous oil separation and self-drainage.

2. Inside-Out Flow Pass — Contaminated, oil-laden vent stream enters the cartridge interior and flows outward through multi-layer coalescing media.

3. Aerosol Capture & Micro-Coalescence — Sub-micron oil droplets collide, intercept, and merge within the deep-bed matrix into larger oil droplets.

4. Continuous Gravity Drainage — Coalesced oil migrates to the outer drainage sleeve and drains safely back into the lube oil reservoir via gravity.

5. Clean Exhaust — Purified air is vented with drastically reduced oil carryover and zero visible mist.
