Description

Meitong Filter provide high-performance filtration solutions for natural gas processing systems, including amine sweetening units, glycol dehydration units, and natural gas coalescing applications. Our filter elements are engineered to effectively remove solid contaminants, liquid aerosols, hydrocarbons, and moisture carryover to improve equipment reliability and extend system service life.

Manufactured with advanced filtration media—such as borosilicate glass fiber, polypropylene, polyester, PTFE membrane, and activated carbon—our filter cartridges deliver exceptional filtration efficiency, low pressure drop, high dirt-holding capacity, and outstanding chemical compatibility for demanding oil and gas environments.

Application

Amine Sweetening Units: Rich/Lean amine filtration to remove iron sulfide particulates and hydrocarbon degradation products.

TEG Dehydration Systems: Glycol filtration before the reboiler to prevent fouling and heating element burnout.

Natural Gas Coalescing & Separation: Removal of liquid aerosols, fine mists, and hydrocarbon carryover from natural gas streams.

Protection of Critical Equipment: Guards reboilers, heat exchangers, amine pumps, and compressors against abrasive wear.
