PECO SERIES NGGC640 Micron Natural Gas Coalescing Filter Cartridge

Engineered for demanding natural gas streams, the replacement cartridge combines high-efficiency coalescing and depth filtration to remove fine liquid aerosols, entrained liquid droplets, and solid contaminants from gas streams. By reducing liquid and particulate carryover, it helps protect downstream compressors, valves, metering equipment, pipelines, and other critical gas-processing components.

The NGGC-640 replacement cartridge is suitable for upstream and downstream natural gas applications where effective gas-liquid separation and particulate removal are essential for stable and reliable operation.

How Saturated Depth Coalescing Works

Unlike traditional pleated coalescers that rely on tight, surface-level treated glass media to screen and stop droplets before shedding them quickly, our NGGC replacement cartridges utilize a proven Saturated Depth Coalescing mechanism:

Depth Saturation & Growth: Liquid droplets enter and saturate the microscopic pores within the entire depth of the filter media, allowing them to grow to their fullest potential.

Gravity Drainage: Once they reach critical mass, the coalesced droplets cleanly drain away with gravity.
