Description

The JONELL TRI-SHiELD™ Series (JRGC) coalescing filter cartridges are engineered for high-performance gas filtration in vertical coalescers. Utilizing patent-pending TRI-SHiELD media technology, this series is specifically designed to remove challenging contaminants in critical applications such as compressor discharge, contactor protection, and contactor discharge systems.

The advanced media structure combines tri-lobal and cylindrical fibers within a precisely engineered gradient depth matrix. This unique configuration significantly enhances coalescing efficiency, enabling superior removal of fine aerosols and low surface tension liquids, including amines, glycol, and lubricating oils.

With a textured, coarse-finish outer layer and customizable multi-layer media construction, the JRGC series delivers exceptional dirt-holding capacity, optimized drainage performance, and extended service life. Multiple surface treatment options allow flexibility to meet demanding process conditions.
