The JGCS Series TRI-SHIELD™ gas coalescing filter cartridge is a high-performance solution designed for demanding natural gas and process gas filtration applications. Engineered with advanced TRI-SHIELD™ media technology, it provides superior coalescing efficiency and contaminant removal in systems with high liquid and solid loading.

 This multi-stage horizontal coalescer cartridge utilizes a unique combination of tri-lobal and cylindrical fibers arranged in a gradient depth structure. This design enhances particle capture, improves liquid droplet coalescence, and significantly increases dirt holding capacity compared to conventional depth filter cartridges.

 The JGCS Series is ideal for critical applications where fine aerosols, low surface tension liquids, and difficult contaminants such as iron sulphide and paraffins must be effectively removed. This cartridge ensures optimal protection for downstream equipment, reduces maintenance frequency, and lowers overall operating costs.
