They are used for removing a wide range of solid contaminants including sand, iron oxide, iron sulphide from dry gas and for pre-coalescingdroplets for easier second stage removal in filter separators.
The Jonell Systems Depth-LOK™ Series (JFG) is a high-performance depth-style fiberglass filter cartridge engineered for use in gas filter-separator vessels which delivers reliable removal of solid contaminants and liquid aerosols in demanding gas processing environments.
Constructed with a seamless fiberglass depth media, the JFG series provides an optimal balance of particle retention and liquid pre-coalescing capability, making it ideal for wet gas streams with high liquid loading.
Designed for outside-to-inside flow, these cartridges ensure efficient contaminant capture while maintaining low pressure drop and extended service life. With multiple micron ratings (0.3–25μm) and flexible configurations, the JFG series is compatible with most standard filter-separator housings and widely used as a replacement for major brands.
