Fiberglass Coalescer Element Filter Cartridge I-628C5TB
I series Coalescer Filter construction features include aluminum tubes to prevent corrosion, aluminum or glass filled nylon endcaps with epoxy adhesive to assure a thorough bond to the media, and Buna-N gaskets to give positive sealing. By combining various grades of media materials, the optimum balance can be achieved for each application.
The coalescing filter element is processed by a variety of composite materials through a special process. It has hydrophilic properties. It can not only filter out mechanical impurities in the medium, but also make the emulsified water flow from the medium through demulsification and coalescence. Separated and coalesced into larger water droplets, in order to further realize the filter element of media purification.
They are also used with other types of fuels, process streams in refineries and petrochemical plants, and condensate streams where natural gas is produced.
Applications:
1. It is used for the filtration of the hydraulic system of rolling mill and continuous casting machine and the filtration of various lubricating equipment.
2. Petrochemical: Separation and recovery of products and intermediate products in oil refining and chemical production, liquid purification, purification of tapes, CDs and photographic film in manufacturing, oil field injection well water and natural gas particle removal filtration.
3. Textile: Purification and uniform filtration of polyester melt in the drawing process, protection and filtration of air compressors, degreasing and water removal of compressed gas.
